Shoud I have my augmentation surgery and my nose done at the same time?
I am having both surgeries because I hate my nose and I always have, and I feel like a 12 year old with my chest. I am 27 and have had a baby, so my small chest did not get bigger, but smaller. I want both done this summer because i am a teacher and i have to do things like that in the summer- honestly. i think you will look worse with implants i'm sorry i know thats not what you want to hear but all the women i've seen had it done looks very fake! and i'm honestly saying this, i bet you look fine now and small s that are REAL looks way better than the fake ones. please please do not do it cause my friend did it and she looks horrible and now regrets it, another friend of mine was the same way and she also regrets getting surgery done. i would go for the nose surgery only
- yes. i would say do both at 1 go, if you can handle the pain. I think that you will be saving money, time and the pain of going thru it twice! good luck!

- Yes, do them both at the same time. With a nose job, you still need to be off your feet for quite some time even though it feels fine because blood pressure changes from lifting, bending, etc. will affect the scar tissue in your face. You'll be out of commission much longer if you get your s done, so you may as well do them at the same time to get them over with. If you are limited to how much time you have available to do it, double up. Make sure you have someone who can take care of your baby for 95% of the time for at least the first three weeks
- If you doctor is ok with it, it seems better to just go thru one anesthesia and recovery period
